Love this place. The staff is excellent, the pricing reasonable, service outstanding. For years I went to the Bellevue ProClub for IPL treatments on my face for rosacea. I moved to Covington and didn't want to commute to Bellevue, so I found a place nearby (not Concordia) to resume IPL treatments. My first treatment at the new place was so bad I had to stop before it was finished, as it was just too painful. The tech wanted to keep going after I rested, but I couldn't as the pain was too much. I had never experienced pain like that before with IPL, and the tech seemed to be unsure of the cause. Not a good experience. A few months later my rosacea was so bad, I decided to try again, and hope for the best. Thank goodness I did! I set up a consultation at Concordia with Kathy Johnson. I told her about the pain and my concern that I might not be able to stand it. Kathy asked tons of questions and went over how IPL works. She said we would start at a mild setting to make sure I could tolerate it, and work up from that, based on my pain threshold. At our first session she did an excellent job of communicating with me. Letting me know what to expect, checking to make sure I was ok. No pain this time, just a mild stinging, which is normal. I am really grateful to Kathy for her kindness and her professionalism. I was so happy with her work on my face that I also had IPL done on my arms and legs to remove freckles! I highly recommend Concordia and Kathy Johnson, both are outstanding! More
Dr Domondon is the best in her profession. She is very good at what she does. I recieved different anti aging treatments in her clinic and I am never dissapointed. She truly has an eye of an artist and the hand of an expert. My filler treatment looks very natural and I have that lifted look . Her Botox treatments are perfect. She can customize my Botox the way I want it. She also offers the Glow IPL rejuvenation which restores my skin helping prevent wrinkles. I will never go elsewhere. More
