Laboratory Screening

New patients will generally require:

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

A CMP allows us to evaluate important laboratory markers, including kidney function, liver-related markers, electrolytes, and other metabolic parameters before treatment.

G6PD Testing

G6PD status is evaluated because individuals with glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency may have an increased risk of hemolysis when exposed to high concentrations of Vitamin C.

Additional laboratory testing may be recommended depending on your medical history, medications, and individualized treatment plan.

Who is a good candidate for Snow Bright?

Why do you check kidney function?

Kidney function is an important consideration when administering Vitamin C and other injectable nutrients. Vitamin C is metabolized in part to oxalate, which may present additional risk in susceptible individuals, particularly those with impaired kidney function or certain kidney disorders.

Reviewing a CMP and your medical history allows us to determine whether treatment is appropriate and whether additional testing is necessary.

Why do I need a G6PD test?

G6PD is an enzyme that helps protect red blood cells from oxidative injury.

People with G6PD deficiency can be more vulnerable to hemolysis when exposed to certain oxidative stresses, including high concentrations of Vitamin C. For this reason, G6PD status is an important component of our safety evaluation prior to treatment.

Will Snow Bright make my skin white?

Snow Bright is not designed to bleach the skin, and no specific degree of skin lightening can be guaranteed.

Our goal is to support a brighter, healthier, more luminous and even-looking complexion while maintaining your natural skin tone.

Individual responses vary depending on genetics, baseline pigmentation, sun exposure, skincare, lifestyle, health status, and other factors.

How many treatments will I need?

There is no single treatment schedule that is appropriate for every patient.

Treatment frequency is individualized based on your goals, health history, laboratory findings, response to treatment, and physician recommendations.

Because clinical evidence regarding injectable glutathione specifically for cosmetic skin brightening remains limited, we cannot guarantee a particular degree or duration of brightening.

Can Snow Bright replace my skincare routine?

No. Snow Bright should complement, rather than replace, a comprehensive skincare program.

Daily broad-spectrum sunscreen, appropriate medical-grade skincare, healthy nutrition, adequate hydration, and treatment of underlying pigmentation conditions remain important components of achieving and maintaining healthy, even-looking skin.

Is injectable glutathione FDA-approved for skin lightening?

No. Injectable glutathione is not FDA-approved specifically for cosmetic skin lightening.
