Founded by Dr. Ladie C. Arana-Domondon, M.D., FACP, the practice grew out of her decades-long career in Internal Medicine. What began as a handful of aesthetic treatments for her existing patients grew, through word of mouth, into a dedicated aesthetic practice, and she eventually moved into her own building to make it a full-time focus. That medical foundation still shapes her work today, informing how she assesses patients, evaluates safety, and makes clinical decisions.
Concordia Star has been recognized among the Best of the South Sound for more than a decade running, and Dr. Arana-Domondon has been named Best Cosmetic Doctor of the South Sound by South Sound Magazine multiple years, including 2024, 2023, 2022, and 2021. Meet the Team
Dr. Arana-Domondon has practiced medicine in the Puyallup area since 1997 and was one of the original internists at Good Samaritan Hospital (now MultiCare). She built Concordia Star Medical & Aesthetics on the belief that the best aesthetic outcomes come from combining true medical training with an artist’s sense of proportion and restraint.
Beyond the clinic, she participates annually in an international medical mission, providing care to communities with limited access to healthcare. She personally trains and mentors every injector at the practice, ensuring each one works from the same standards of assessment and technique.
Jessa Buenavista, DNP, ARNP, brings a strong foundation of clinical training to her aesthetic practice, having earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Washington and holding an active license as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in Washington State. She approaches every treatment plan with the belief that the best results come from pairing sound medical judgment with an artist’s eye for balance and proportion.
Jessa specializes in full-face rejuvenation and advanced aesthetic treatments, tailoring each plan to enhance a patient’s natural features rather than alter them. She is committed to safe, individualized care that leaves patients feeling confident, refreshed, and unmistakably themselves.
Kathy brings more than 15 years of experience in laser and aesthetic practice to Concordia Star. Patients consistently highlight her facials and her attentive, personalized approach to skin care.
